Just a couple blocks from the heart of downtown, this second floor suite has wonderful city views and a quick easy walk to Downtown Heritage Square for special events, live music, local crafts, delicious dining, boutique shopping and much more.
The Space:
The home offers a spacious, open living area, with a wall of windows overlooking Downtown and Historic Route 66. Recently remodeled, the home offers beautiful cabinetry, solid-surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, laminate flooring, stylish furnishings and décor, and a fresh, fun vibe, you’re sure to enjoy. The separate bedroom has a queen bed, with a door that allows for privacy from the rest of the space. For family and friends, the comfy couch in the living room has a pull-out sofa bed.
A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who like to prepare their own meals during their stay. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker (pods provided) crock pot, built-in microwave, and a toaster. There is also a dishwasher to help you enjoy your stay. Just add food and your own unique cooking style.
Guest Access:
The suite is located upstairs above a mixed-use, commercial office building. Parking is available (free to guests and the commercial tenants) in the private, shared-use parking lot in the front of the building. There is a handicap parking space. There are no reserved parking spaces. The City of Flagstaff provides metered, on-street parking as well.
Winter Parking Ordinance: Effective November 1st thru April 1st, there is no overnight parking allowed on City streets or alleyways from midnight to 7:00 a.m. This City of Flagstaff’s winter parking restriction is enforced whether it is snowing or not.
The Neighborhood:
This 2nd floor suite offers amazing city views. It is an easy walk to Downtown Heritage Square, shopping the Community Market on Wednesday afternoons, or the Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings in the summer.

Centrally located in Downtown Flagstaff - walking distance to downtown restaurants, coffee and shopping. Half mile from NAU campus. 35-40 minute scenic drive to Sedona (taking the 89A scenic route). 75 minute drive to Grand Canyon
