Porcelain plank floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances. Fenced yard. BBQ. TVs in living room & both bedrooms w/streaming WiFi connection. The 1939 home has a thick, acoustically insulated common wall with the adjacent Carriage House.

Excellent Transitional Location to Grand Canyon
Clean, Beautiful and well thought out property in Flagstaff. We wanted a place close to airport in Flagstaff to meet with another couple before we went to Grand Canyon the next day. Perfect for our needs. Excellent Communication with owner and property as described. The only two things that are a bit tricky are parking and how close it is to the medical center. (sirens)
