Charming 1 bedroom end unit condo offering spectacular views from a private balcony. Located in a quiet Country Club neighborhood with close access to hiking trails and golf, yet within a short driving distance to downtown and shopping. There are 2 golf courses nearby within walking distance - the Timberline Short Nine course and an 18 hole Continental Golf Club public course. Perched up on the hill, this condo offers privacy and beautiful mountain views!

The condo is equipped with high speed WiFi and has dedicated work space for business travelers.
It has a newly installed central air conditioning to provide guests with cooling comfort during the warmer summer months!

Kitchen:
Full size kitchen with stainless appliances. Some of the kitchen amenities include:

Perfect Getaway!!

Loved the property. Everything is well thought of. Very clean. Had a small herd of deer out front in the mornings. Close to everything but just out of the busy bustle of town. Very quiet. Highly recommend. Thanks again!!

Cozy Condo

We truly enjoyed our stay. Very nicely appointed. Im a cook, and so often pots and pans are just someones old left over. Nice cookware. Plenty of dishes. Everything we might have needed during our stay was there.It snowed while we were there and we just cuddled on the couch and did some binge Netflix watching. Nice comfy bed. Easy to get around town. Not to far from the Grand Canyon. Communication with owners was easy. Will stay there again if the occasion arises.

Excellent choice for two!

Great location in quiet neighborhood, the property was newly renovated and was very tastefully decorated. The deck was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. I would highly recommend this rental.

Exceeded our expectations. Cute, quiet, all the amenities we needed. Was the perfect base from which to get acquainted with Flagstaff. Golf and hiking trails almost right outside the door! Deer often ambled past the deck. We hated to leave!

Flagstaff AZ Relaxing

The condo was very well kept and had everything you needed. I love the balcony and were able to see deer walk by. The only suggestion i have is to clean out the drain in the shower. The water would back up in the tub. This is something we all have to deal with and super easy to fix. Enjoyed hiking all the local trails and the neighbors in the whole complex were very friendly too. This was actually our second time staying there. Thank you for everything. Donna

Everything we were looking for

Very clean, comfortable property that had everything we needed in a quiet area of Flagstaff. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and we spent hours relaxing on the private deck enjoying the peace and quiet, as well as the wildlife. We'll definitely be staying here again.
