The cottage is also ideally located for exploring the region: Briey and Le Corbusier's Cité Radieuse (8 km), Amnéville (25 km) with its zoo, casino, thermal baths, golf course, snow hall, and Wallygator amusement park, 30 km, Verdun, 40 km, Luxembourg, 45 km, Metz (Centre Pompidou), and Longwy with its Vauban fortifications, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, also 45 km. The living and dining rooms are at the front.
Four steps lead down to the kitchen, which features an old bread oven and opens onto a sheltered terrace at the rear.

There is one bedroom at the front (two single beds), two bedrooms at the rear (one double bed and one double bed), a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.

There is also a two-person sauna. Laundry room (washing machine and dryer).
