Ok Hotel for a skiing trip
Nice Hotel right on the main street to Flims. Staff was friendly and could help with all our needs. The paid parking has very small parking spaces and the mattresses were way too soft for our comfort. All in all we were happy enough with it.

Staff were extremely helpful, helped us sort out passes out, set us up on the LAAX App, sorted out watching the 6 nations games and generally very accommodating. I had booked a double bed but was given a room with singles, they sought to resolve it as best they could and in the end it didnt matter. Would recommend having a kettle in the room as there was no tea making facilities. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit and was very heavy on bread. Otherwise lovely hotel and would stay again

Wir kommen wieder!
Sehr netter, freundlicher und gut gelaunter Empfang. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Top Service! Das Zimmer wer sehr grosszügig und sauber. Einziger negativer Punkt: Frühstück war nur bis 09.30 Uhr, weshalb wir es jeweils verpassten.

Gutes Mittelklass-Hotel. Hat alles gepasst. Zimmer waren sauber, Frühstück lecker und das Personal hilfbereit und nett. Speziell Momo und sein eigentlich zu kleines Team haben einen super Job im Restaurant gemacht.

Für eine Nacht ok
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel gut gelegen und für eine Nacht ok. Die Zimmer brauchen aber dringend neue Teppiche, ohne Schuhe würde ich den nicht mehr betreten. Zimmer sind geräumig, aber alt. Bett, vor allem die Kissen, sind eher unbequem. Die Umgebung benötigt Pflege. Überall wuchert Unkraut auch die Balkone könnten eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen. Frühstück war gut. Trotzdem, würde wahrscheinlich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Kopfkissen zu gross, Bett zu weich.Habe aber trotzdem gut geschlafen. Das Personal war freundlich. Würde mir doch wünschen, das ich nicht Gedutz werde sondern mit Sie Angesprochen werde. Wir sind Gäste und nicht Kollegen !

joli découverte de la station de Flims
hôtel bien situé et confortable, chambre agréable, personnel de l'accueil serviable le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner, si important pour nous, pas de produits du terroir , pas de pain frais boulanger, pas de corbeille de fruits, un peu vieillot en fait !
