Beautiful and elegant old home in a nice little enclave neighborhood, super convenient to highways and all that Flint has to offer. Home was freshly restored and decorated throughout, and spotlessly maintained. My room was decorated and arranged in a very warm and comfortable manner and had a beautiful new private bath. Innkeeper Diana was friendly, charming, and enthusiastic to make sure that my stay was perfect in every way. She was congenial, attentive and a very knowledgeable booster for Flint, Michigan.
I very much enjoyed exploring the library and settling into a comfy chair by the large fireplace beneath the crystal chandelier. Here I enjoyed some delicious Michigan port wine while I relaxed, read, worked with my laptop, and quietly unwound -- Perfect way to spend a winter night!
Breakfast was huge, delicious and nutritious. And exactly on-time to what I'd requested for my convenience. My Innkeeper not only cooked, but made delightful, engaging breakfast conversation that I enjoyed and appreciated very much.
No detail was left unattended, and I got the feeling that anything I could have possibly asked for would have been provided. I did not want to leave so soon!
Cannot recommend Knob Hill highly enough. NO DISAPPOINTMENTS for those who are lucky enough to visit.
