Nothing really! Like I said the second shift staff, name Zerick was rude and unprofessional! I didn't have a working phone in my room, and when I said something to him about it, his response was"I don't know what to tell you".Then he said I can call the manager. And when he did, he told her "I'm sorry to bother you, but we have a guess here who's complaining because he doesn't have a working phone in his room" . I could go on and on about his behavior, but you should be able to see the picture by now. Overall it was a terrible experience. And when I talk to someone about being compensated in some kind of way, I got nothing!
