James was great !
We checked in late and James was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean but outdated and in need of repairs. Shower curtain did not close properly, T.P. holder was falling off the wall as well as some wall molding. With that said, it was still a perfect place at a good price to just stay overnite. Right off I-75

Great staff, They always greeted me pleasantly. They were respectful and courteous. I felt they appreciated me as a customer and I thought I could ask them anything in regards to my accommodations and seen some genuine smiles. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Stayed one night, for the most part it was pretty clean. But the tub and the toilet had water rings. Breakfast was a little on the sparse side. The syrup for waffles was really thick. The hallways were very warm and the room was very warm and took forever to cool down.

We stayed for two nights for a softball tournament. Many of the other parents chose to stay at other hotels that cost for 1 night almost what I paid for two nights! The room was newly renovated, you could still smell the new carpet! They were still renovating other rooms but it was blocked off really well and never bothered us as far as noise etc. The outside is sure a little older but the room and common areas were very clean and for the price compared to other hotels in the area, a great deal. The staff was super nice and helpful and the area felt safe and there was enough around as far as dining. The only complaint if I had to have one would be I wish they had queen beds instead of doubles. Of course it says sleeps 4 in the two bed rooms but let’s be real, two adults in a double bed? Not the most ideal for sure! But for two, they were fine. The breakfast is very basic which it says continental on the description, so no false advertising because yes that is what it was for sure! Waffle maker, bagels, toast, coffee and that is pretty much it so if you are looking for a place with a huge breakfast included, this isn’t for you but it worked fine for us.

The condition of the Quality Inn was terrible. We opted to not stay because it was so bad. The hotel is under renovation construction. It should be closed. Exposed electric, light covers missing, hallways were taped off with plastic , large dumpsters and storage pod were around the outside. Absolutely never again. The Fairfield Inn directly behind it was beautiful, that is where we stayed.

It was worth a shot
Rented two rooms. TV didn’t work Lamp flickered Other light burnt out Bottom dresser drawer won’t close Told the front desk, they didn’t do anything.
