We loved loved the continental breakfast. Whether it was the handmade omelets or the scrambled egg - so good. The batter for the waffles was really top shelf. The little swimming pool was a hit! The hot tub was super hot! However the showers only had cold water down at the swimming pool room. The building could use a little updating but the price value was SUPER good. My only recommendation if using Travelocity is NOT to use DOLLAR rent a car. Dollar doesn't allow you to take your car back to other cities or make any modifications. Also, there were several WARNING lights on in our Dollar rental car , ha ha. So we had to go back and trade it, but they could not even let us change it to their partner Herts to get out of the bad Dollar deal. I guess ww would use travelocity again but would just make sure we didn't have dollar rent a car in on the deal. Best Western was good!

Our handicap accessible room was large as was the bathroom. The sink and shower had been updated. There was a shower chair available. There was a nice view of the river. The breakfast selections were very nice and had cooked to order omelets available. Being an older hotel some noise from adjoining areas could be heard, but not too disturbing.
