We loved the hotel - the rooms were beautiful, the hotel was in the perfect location walkable to everything and the people were so nice! Added Bonus - the rooftop deck had fabulous views of the river and city! :-)

The staff here is amazing! The front desk was super accommodating. I got massages at the spa that were so luxurious. The rooftop hotel had amazing drinks with a gorgeous view of golden hour. Would absolutely recommend. Location was amazing.

Outstanding Hotel
Although I was only in Florence for two nights, I was extremely impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the staff of the hotel. I was treated like royalty. The hotel is in an excellent location by the Ponte Vecchio bridge and has a very nice rooftop terrace that's perfect for snacks and drinks. I was able to walk everywhere and felt very safe, even after dark. I highly recommend this hotel!!
