Looks great on the outside but is in need of renovation on the inside. Carpets are worn and have cigarette burns and stains. Room amenities need replacing- toilet seat had burn marks, chips in the bathtub. It may have been freshly vacuumed but had the appearance of not being clean due to the wear in the carpets.

Stayed at this property last year and loved it. This year the property seemed run down very dirty. Our room had a terrible odor. The tv was left on when we got there. There were stains on the top sheet of what looked like makeup so they weren’t washed. Floors were dirty had to wear slippers and socks so feet weren’t black. Would not recommend this place.

Claims to be smoke free yet the entire lobby & floor reeked of cigarette smokes, stains on the towels in the room, bed had stains on it, random people hanging outside the hotel. Not safe & def wouldn’t allow my children to stay. We ended up booking a different hotel 10 mins down the road.

The bed was horrible. Saggy, busted springs in the middle and it sloped towards the front. Everything else was pretty nice. Showers were awesome; very hot and good water pressure. Breakfast was, meh.

Well worth it.
I went during a very busy holiday and multi-event timeframe so unfortunately the price was more than double the regular rate. The pool was cloudy from maybe inaccurate chlorine levels and I had a broken fridge. BUT, the room was clean, well stocked, no displeasing smells. The accommodations were comfortable but super high-end, which is understandable given the normal rate is usually about $120 to $140 per night. Breakfast is included, which was pretty good. They were very attentive to getting my fridge replaced quickly which was nice. Overall I would definitely recommend!! Oh and the pool water color was no issue I enjoyed it very :-).

Me and my sis stayed for a short period. The place was nice, the staff were amazing, especially Ms. Leanna Williams who received us at the front desk she was so kind. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel you wont regret it. Sadly we didnt get a chance to take a dip in their wonderful pool but it was an amazing stay.

Our stay was great, except we only receive room service one time in the 9 nights. I asked and still didn’t get service. Employees were courteous and kind. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot or cold meals. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel needs major work. There was trash sitting in the hallways which made it extremely stinky, the pool was cloudy which shows they don’t shock it often, the rooms had stains on the “clean” bedding, and beds has metal rods sticking out at the bottom which caused my children to get cut. I wouldn’t stay here again. Spend a few extra bucks for a nicer hotel. Don’t listen to the star rating, that’s why I booked here.
