Rooms had a weird smell, and advertised heated indoor pool which was the main reason we booked this hotel and the pool is no way heated. The kids barely wanted to get in because it was so cold.

When we showed up we hadn't gave too much thought about staying on the ground floor. The receptionist had no problem with giving my wife and I a ground floor room as she is recovering from an injury. Super nice people. Highly recommend

This place was clean and the staff was nice and allowed late check in. Bathroom was remodeled some and the tile contractor was novice at best. The toilet is low and has a small, round toilet seat that is uncomfortable. On the positive side, A/C was new and quiet. Not bad and worth the cost. Parking is small and not accommodating to a trailer.

The room we stayed in was a pet friendly room, the floors were good floors for pets… no carpets.. Hotel is older, but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a stove w oven, a refrigerator and a kitchen sink…air conditioner. The room had 2 windows and we would have opened them for some cool air but the screen was badly torn and needed replaced. Pets were $25 fee per pet, per night. Over all we enjoyed our trip and if we needed to stay there again we would.

Good choice!
This will now be our go to place for our frequent trips to Florence. We were in a bottom floor room in the two story building in the back. The room was large and looked recently refurbished...new wood-look floors, fresh paint, new sink area, fresh curtains and newer looking windows. . An older motel but had all the amenities we are used to and appreciate. Nice staff too!

There's a reason that there aren't photos of rooms
The room smelled like cleaner that was covering up urine. The floor was swept but obviously not mopped. Beds were comfortable. TV stations were almost all religious. Only one packet of coffee for only one cup. Just outside the door the sidewalk was covered in asphalt chunks. The charge for our dog was an extra twenty five dollars per night. The family running it were very nice and I could see they were working hard to do a good job...but...
