Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was average for an economy inn. Only complaint was that there was a powdery substance on my bed covering so I’m unsure of the overall cleanliness. Overall I would stay here again.

This is the first place we stayed 2 years ago, in one of the cabins. Then there after we have stayed just in one of the rooms. The only thing we would recommend changing is the beds are to soft. Otherwise we will continue to stay here always when we visit Florence, Or

While I was out on a main floor room because of difficulty walking they did not have a shower chair available. I took a bath instead but the tub just drained despite having a closing mechanism. The smell was overwhelming, may have been some kind of cleaner. Had to keep the door open as long as we could. Sink drain had no stopper, if something dropped it would go down the drain. Large stain on one bedspread. Curtains were hardly hanging on the window. Would not stay here again.

The manager was nice. It would have been better if there was a laundry bag for the dirty laundry, if the coffee maker was a little newer and updated, and the molding around the tub needed to be fixed other than that the property was good
