Some of the staff were excellent and all were at least good. Breakfast is good enough to keep you going for the day with a minimal lunch. Shopping and dining are a brisk five to ten minute walk in any direction (tourist prices). Transportation is nearby; however, I waited for the bus and it never came….i just walked.

It was in a very convenient location within walking distance to the popular tourist sites. Breakfast buffet included was a great perk. A roof top seating area with tables and chairs to relax and hang out. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The property was not so-well-maintained and was a little cramped. But the service was excellent. The staffs were very friendly. When checking in, they asked me to pay the citi tax in cash. Since I was running low on cash, requested them to accept credit card and they did. Their complimentary breakfast was very good also. Its location is also very convinient, only 1 km from the duomo.

Hotel central to attractions.The room was very small bumping into the wall TV walking around the bed, and the paint peeling of the walls in the bathroom, parking was close but expensive 30 Euro. Ask about other parking 10 min walk 15 Euro. Breakfast was busy 5/10. The floors in the bedroom were very clean as was the hall and stairs, and there were no table night lights for evening reading just the bright overhead light. Bed was 5/10 comfortable. It was nice to be able to open a window to the fresh air.

The front desk has no customer service skills. Enzo the manager was so rude, he made guests clean floors if they spilled a little water on the floor by accident! They never cleaned our room, although we were booked for 5 nights, I had to make them clean it on the 4th night. The shower has no door and is built poorly so the bath water pooled around the commode with every use. The breakfast is the same basic stuff every single day. They just want to make money and dont really care about the clients well being. I would NEVER stay there again.

Hotel is a big, lots of rooms and long corridors ,a bit noisy. But the breakfast was great and big variety. Staf is very helpful and frequently. Walking distance to the main attractions ( 20 min.).

Whilst the staff were pleasant and helpful, the hotel was extremely noisy as it is situated over a school catering for all ages of children. Their playground and morning drop off point was exactly below our window. The air conditioning was so noisy we had to turn it off. The worst thing was the bed bugs. Sleep was impossible as I was bitten around 30 times during the night. Also had to fumigate all my clothes and luggage on my return.

It felt like we were locals!!! Highly recommended, centrally located but far enough away to asleep quietly. Omar was outstanding. As was his night partner. Both informative, eagerly accommodating and super sweet. The only complaint is the bed. Squeaky loud and sunken in, needs adjusting.

Our stay was pleasant. Staff and facilities were more than adequate and thankfully they had air conditioning .Main attractions were within walking distance but for some with disabilities or elderly might be more difficult in which case a short cab ride would suffice. Over all very pleasant.
