I can’t fault our stay at all. Staff were friendly and very helpful organising us a breakfast box for a very early tour. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. A member of staff even made us a fresh squeezed orange juice. The hotel itself was incredibly close to a tram which provided excellent transport links. A great stay, would recommend.

Great place to stay! They also offered a wonderful recommendation for dinner- some of our best dining in Florence. This is not a “historical” area, but has a lovely open park right across the street. Highly recommend, especially in the summer!

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Florence Novoli for an overnight before an early flight. It was well located; there was a metro station very close by for a quick jaunt into the heart of Florence for the afternoon and a short drive to the airport for our early morning flight. The biggest surprise was dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu provided plenty of options and the food was delicious and nicely presented.

Room was very nice and modern. PROS: Bed was very comfortable. Very walkable to excellent restaurants. Quiet area. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff was friendly. CONS: Shower could have been cleaner and it did not drain well. Hurt my leg on the bed, which had a leather surround which jutted out from the mattress.

The bathroom in our room leaked water like crazy - we had a massive puddle of water on the floor after a shower. We had to utilize one of our towels to try and seal the crack under the small piece of glass that acts as a barrier for the “shower” in the tub. Bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Only provided instant coffee in the rooms, not a coffee maker.
