We love Holiday Inn Express. The room was a little dirty this time. It needs a good deep cleaning. The ladies working at breakfast were so sweet and attentive.

Arrived lat at 10:30. Hotel clerk gave us the wrong room keys. Sent us to 233 instead of 223. It was marked on the key envelope. This morning, no coffee in the room. That’s the cardinal sin. 😜

Room was spacious and clean. Automatic blind didn’t open. Bathroom spacious. Confusing shower head controls. Couldn’t figure out how to turn water completely off. Odd noises at night (room 217). Elevator? Plumbing? A/C? Not sure. Good breakfast. Some common areas, doors, and elevator showing signs of age. Very friendly and helpful front desk.

Except two ladies second night, the staff was poor. 6’5” guy at check contended with me about providing me with a copy of my folio. Ignorance or attitude. I don’t know I left without it! Won’t be back there are plenty of other options for my frequent trips to the area
