Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Rooms were spacious and clean. Not the nicest neighbourhood but close to the airport (why we booked in the first place) and tramway to get into the city centre relatively easily.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and found it to be very clean, modern and well equipped. Great "bartender" made the best Negroni I have had in years! Including my own. Overall, staff was friendly and very helpful. Just a great small size hotel at a moderate price. We use primarily for night or 2 on arrival before going to our rent house west of Florence, and same on way out in about 30 days. Unfortunately too many good reviews as hotel was sold out on our departure so we could not book the Cosmo this time.

At first we were concerned at how far away from the main centre the hotel was, but the tram is only 5 mins walk and that is an easy way to travel to town. The hotel was great. Excellent staff, great breakfasts and we had a good room.

This is a great property, however when they say that parking is FREE... they mean LIMITED... so get there and get a spot early or tough luck. Other than that, their staff was extremely helpful. I

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Couldnt fault the breackfast. A little way out from the centre but the metro was only a 5 minute walk from hotel and easy to use. Id recomend this hotel.

Room was very clean and neat. Staff friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with our shower and they fixed promptly after we communicated to them. Great breakfast. The only down part is the location, it is a little far from the center, if you have a car you will be ok. We used public transportation though.
