It was a nice stay - the staff is friendly, the location is very convenient, and the price is very affordable. However, it’s too close to the train station and it’s too noisy at times. Also, the facility is not old, but it’s definitely not modern. But it’s very clean and safe inside.

The location of the hotel is great - close to the train station, tour meeting points, and many restaurants. The included breakfast was fantastic with many food and drink options.

The property itself was GREAT!!!! The only complaint I had was all noise from traffic outside, if you left windows open. Other than that, this was a very convenient location, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel even stores your luggage at no cost. Great place to stay!!!! Definitely would recommend hotel and stay there again.

We encountered terrible staff upon arrival. I certainly didn’t mean to interrupt whatever it was he had going on to help a customer who had just come in out of the pouring rain to check in and as he was sitting at the front desk I am almost sure that was his job. Although he eventually did check us in I have been around a long time and WORK far too hard for my money to throw it away on Hotels who employ rude lazy staff. I can overlook a lot but will not accept contempt and laziness when I am paying!

Close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella located behind the station which was convenient. However, quite a bit of a walk to other locations. No friendly for a person with a disability. Steps only to get inside the bldg. The elevator to get to rooms worked however for breakfast there are stairs and the elevator to get to the 2nd floor was not working most of the time. When we arrived no one offered to help me with the suitcases, and it was myself and my son who has some limitations.

Not handicapped accessible. You must go up about 6 stairs just to reach the lift and 3 or 4 more steps to get to the reception area. The free breakfast was good but once again there was 2 more sets of stairs to get there. The staff were awesome about helping with the luggage and taking care of all other requests. The room was clean and I loved the patio area.
