Mind blowing location! Absolutely gorgeous hotel, very private and charming. Our balcony overlooked the Duomo Basilica of Santa Maria and was located in the piazza. Staff were attentive helpful and spoke perfect English.

The staff is amazing, very helpful. The hotel is in the perfect spot, strategically located in the middle of the tourist hotspot. Perfect for couples or singles looking for their other half. The breakfast buffet is a hidden gem.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, walking distance to lots of places. Staffs are very friendly, the breakfast is great, and they offer tea, coffee and snacks 24 hours. Room is not big but clean and enough for 2 of us. Highly recommended!!

Excellent way they made sure that overall experience allowed guests to feel comfortable, respected and special. The breakfast service was unheard of with the overall variety of options to choose from in a help-yourself manner. With a large TV in the space so we could watch CNN in English.

Poor services, the view was great but l won’t recommend this hotel, it’s old not well maintenance, the towels were very used not in good condition plus if someone go there be careful l got stuck in the bathroom the lock didn’t work properly, all inside it’s not good condition. I won’t ever come back to this hotel rather other in Florence.
Not healthy to sleep in this condition, and for the price they charged, it’s wasn’t good enought. My son woke up with spider bite in his hand.

Location was excellent with plenty of dining options. Service was good. Temp control in the room had limited options so could get a little cold when it rained. There was no kettle in the room so need to go to common area for a hot drink every time (FOC).

Inspiring Location!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is its location. We had a bird’s eye view of the Duomo since the hotel is right across the street. They offered a delicious breakfast with an option to eat outside on a terrace right next to the Duomo. Inspiring! The room was small and basic.

This is a perfectly appointed and excellent hotel. The room was pristine. The breakfast was excellent and there was self service food and drink (wine and coffee) available for 24 hrs. The hotel is right across from the Duomo. The price is unbeatable. This is a family run business and the family obviously takes pride in assuring that its guests are well served. I will definitely stay here again. I don't think you will do better than this hotel if you are on a budget. Certainly you are getting far more than what you have paid for.

The location is amazing, it's right next to the Duomo. The parking is a couple of blocks away, which is hard when you have a number of unwieldy suitcases to maneuver to the hotel, and then the elevator is tiny. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Be sure to book tickets for your activities weeks or months in advance since Florence is busy even into October. The hotel was so central to everything we did.

Hotel Duomo is in the perfect location. Walkable to all the major attractions. Close to good restaurants and bars. Also walking distance to the train! Would definitely stay there again

It’s a great location but a boutique style hotel. No room service but treats daily out front. The elevator is tiny to get up there and it’s from the 1930’s but it has a warmth and anything I asked for them to attend to they did. Location location location is the major selling point.

Great hotel. Great location. Great service, Fillipo was amazing! Parking at Garage Micheal Angelo was easy, 1.5 blocks away. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Bathroom and amenities were great and wifi always worked. Hotel is on 4th floor. Great experience, definitely recommend
