Incomprensión total por la pandemia
no acudi, hay una pandemia, les avise hace mucho que mi aerolinea cancelo vuelos desde México, supongo alla no hay turismo aún,. si llego tendre que estar en cuarentena, expliquenme, como voy a ir? avise pidiendo un reembolso en cupon para un año, no tuvieron la amabilidad de aceptar. Jamas los volveré a alquilar.
