The hotel is old, needs upgrading, the AC is loud, but is very reasonable priced, has a refrigerator in the room, gated parking in the back, is outside the ZTL zone but close to the center (20 min walk).

Nice hotel but disappointing stay
Nice hotel further from the centre than we expected. Used taxis as it was too far for my disabled husband to walk. Made it really expensive. Tried their bus direction which were poor and confusing.Room was okay but very cold. Couldn’t sleep because there was only a sheet and one blanket on the bed. Receptionist came to look at hearing but didn’t do anything. Advertised as having a restaurant but they don’t.

Standard hotel rooms. Clean. Decent for space. Staff were nice. We lucked out and found free parking in front of the building on the street for the car, but they do have a private gated lot behind the building if needed which can be accessed easily. Outside the ztl and easy to find. Good walking distance to the centre of the city. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great value, clean and friendly hotel on the edge
The Hotel Meridiana is clean and has comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at breakfast. The furnishings and bathroom were a little tired, but clean. And the Hotel is in a pleasant part of Florence about 25 mins walk from the centre or a 5 mins bus ride. All in all a great little place for those on a budget.

The hotel was small but centrally situated. There was a bus stop within walking distance and you can purchase bus tickets in the hotel. The staff were very courteous and very friendly. Our room included buffet breakfast. The various items were delicious. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

the location of this property is excellent, there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and it takes around 15 minutes of walking to the city center. The room is a little outdated but it is very clean, the staff are super friendly and each room is provided with a map that includes Florence’s best attractions and where you can book them. Only downside was that the walls are too thin and we had extremely noisy people in the room next door. Oh and the breakfast buffet was not good, limited.

Very good location; close to the supermarket. Friendly staff always helpful with a smile on their face. Good breakfast buffet... Room tidiness and cleanliness on point, new sheets and towels everyday. I really enjoyed my stay!
