Lovely location, traditional hotel

Great location on Piazza Santa Maria Novella (and close to train station). Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. My large room had a view into piazza/church, which was lovely, but there was lots of loud noise and music from bars below which I didn’t enjoy. Marble-tiled bathroom was spacious, but shower over bath with flimsy shower curtain wasn’t pleasant.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

The hotel was excellent! The breakfast every day was incredible. We also loved the reading room and terrace. The staff were always friendly and the hotel was always clean and welcoming after a day out and about. There are many restaurants in the area that were wonderful too!

It’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. It is just a short walk from the train station and close to most attractions in Florence. The welcome is warm, efficient, and helpful. The room is lovely, comfortable, and quiet.

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Santa Maria Novella

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a few days, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect The room was immaculate, spacious, and providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities offered were top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a delight, offering delicious breakfast and well-prepared dishes. Overall, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The hotel was excellent . Very closed to everything. Walking distance 5/10 min to all the attractions. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel

This is a great little hotel. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I did not like was that the room which they showed in the picture was no the room that we received. The room in the photo when we reserved was completely different, inside and also the view of the room which in my opinion is unacceptable. I will not go to this hotel again for this simple reason.

Location is the best! Short walk from train and bus stations. Plenty of restaurants in the area and the Santa lounge is really nice! The rooms are spacious and quite unique. Definitely would recommend this hotel !
