The breakfast is very good, and the location is convenient. Staff was helpful. Unfortunately the beds are not comfortable (too firm for us) and the bathroom light made a loud noise. It served the purpose but I would not stay here again.

This hotel was so lovely! Super convenient location to most landmarks and only 10 min away from the train station! The hotel its self was very clean and also very pretty! The double windows also blocked out most street noise. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!

We liked a lot this elegant building with spacious rooms, great service and delicious breakfast. The staff is most friendly and helpful: courteous and discrete, yet you feel they are always there for you. Just steps away from the major landmarks, Il Guelfo Bianco was the best place to spend our vacation and will definitely return.

The property is conveniently located in a walking distance to most of historic sites and restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Margueritta gave us excellent suggestions where to dine and where to go to experience a local atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the place.

Lovely and cozy, staff was super helpful and accommodating! I checked in so tired after a plane and two trains, and a bad exacerbation of allergies. Not only they fed me breakfast, but stored AND took my luggages for me upstairs while I started my tour!! Just wow! Breakfast every day, freshly made, and always keeping it hot! AND THEY SERVED SOMETHING NEW FOR BREAKFAST EVERY SINGLE MORNING!!! I just can’t adore this hotel enough! On top of everything, they offered me a hot pot for my room since I was drinking lots of hot tea to flush out my sinuses! Lovely people also suggested to order a cab for me as they mentioned that Uber is over priced ! Love it! Can’t wait to come back to Florence and stay in this place again with my parents! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING 💖💖💖
