The property is very close to the interstate and is very noisy. The lobby was being renovated. No desk to check in, Breakfast area was cramped and limited. I would not stay here again

We only had a 1 night stay but the room was quieter than I had expected for being right around the corner from the front desk. We enjoyed our breakfast that was provided. Our only complaint would be that as we were turning in for the night, we did have about 6 roaches that started popping out on us. When we got up the next morning, we didn't notice any so I forgot to mention it at check out.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it! The service was remarkable and the hotel was clean and Beds were comfortable. The manager on property was the absolute nicest. She was very accepting to our group.

I reserved a weekend stay here with a family member, but we found hair in both of our beds, which looked like animal hair. It was disgusting! When I asked the employee at the front desk to have the sheets changed, she told us we would have to do it ourselves since housekeeping wasn't available. I wasn't about to change the sheets myself, especially when I expected a comfortable stay. Thankfully, I received a refund, and we checked out immediately.

I was impressed that i was only paying $88 a night for a night in a place with decent ratings. The online check in was nice and cinvenient. However, upon arrival, the front desk attendant was not very welcoming or friendly. Once we got to the room, we were suprised at how small it was, and there was some sort of moldy or mildew odor. We didnt say anything as we looked around we realized the olace was very outdated and just assumed that was part of the issue. Within 15 minutes of arrival there was a continuous bark from a dog in the room next door. We were unable to nap, and got up and left. That night we tried the pool out and it was kind of gross. Very small, and we realized quickly we were not in a great part of town, and felt quite uncomfortable. We then had the barking dog again for several hours. We wont be back.

Cheaper pet friendly place and it shows
We have been staying in this hotel for years. It pet friendly at a reasonable price, but seems to have really gone downhill the past year or so. Lot of little things need fixing.

Friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast, and good coffee. There was a bit if traffic noise from the highway, but i could drown it out with the air conditioner. Overall, my stay was pleasant and i will book my room here the next time i visit northwest Alabama.
