Great location and service
Amazing historic property with small but functional and clean rooms. Helpful staff. Quiet location with excellent proximity to great restaurants and the main railway station. We left too early to sample breakfast but it was offered. Would stay again.

This hotel is walkable from the train station which was nice. Also, has lots of restaurants and stores near by. The staff were delightful and we even stored our luggage for free. Communication was great with staff before and during our stay.

Overall, a really good stay--except for the noise every morning starting around 5am. It might have been the cleaning crew coming on shift. I'm a light sleeper, so it was pretty annoying. The beds were excellent, bathroom was great. Breakfast was very good. The noise was the only issue.

My heat did not work and I was freezing the whole time. I did report this to front desk and they said they would send some one after 8:30pm last night but no one came. I got a bad cold from the cold air. My room did not look like picture I requested. I did not get any upgrade. Breakfast was just average. Same every day. Would have preferred some change.

We only had a one night stay here and it went well. An easy 10-15 minute walk to the Duomo, as well as the accademie, Uffzi, and Ponte Vecchio. Good free breakfast and staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay here for the 2nd time. Staff are very friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Location is right across from the main train station and close to the main bus terminal. Would stay here again and again!

Great hotel. Perfect place to stay in Florence. Close to the train station and an easy walk to all of the sights. Quite attractive street with multiple dining options within a short walk. The hotel is well kept and has an upgraded feel. The decor is bright and definitely has Italian flair. The staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was great at a fair price offering both hot and cold options and for coffee drinkers cafe americano and cappuccino. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
