A very good breakfast with mutiple protein options was a big reason we stayed here. Nice lady working the breakfast room with helpful tips for area sightseeing. The hallways have tile instead of carpet and so everything echos and comes into the room. By 11 everyone had settled in the night we were here thankfully, but get any late arrivals or loud guests and it would be bad. The comforters were not what was pictured in the photos- and was exactly what I was trying to avoid. It’s a very shiny thin silky patterned thing. Ugly but maybe they can wash them easier and after every guest?!! This hotel was mediocre overall- sufficient, but not something we’d come back to. Breakfast is the winner.

The hotel is conveniently located along 101. The room we were in has good privacy, facing trees and bushes only. The facilities are above average.

No direct access to spa. You had to walk around building for access. Same for breakfast. No elevator for disabled heart patients.

Very friendly staff. Even though it was fully booked, they were still very pleasant and didn't rush us during check in or check out. They had breakfast bacon!

Loved staying here with my daughter and her friend. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and cleanliness. Staff was also so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Florence.

Quality is perfect stay.
I would say quality is exactly great name for the hotel. It had a quality breakfast, quality room. Quality hot tub. The room was nice and clean. And customer service was 100% great. Ac blew nice and cold. Also was great parking for trailer with quads, To make it a perfect destination for a dune trip stay.
