We were given room 141. I killwd a roach by the bed as soon as i walked in. Then checked behind the tables by the bed and found 3 more by the wires. Moved the fridge and found 3 more crawling on the wires. Went to the office and they gave me room 107 which was 💯 better again i pulled out the fridge, bed, anything by the walls and it was clean. The office gave me $15 off my bill. But i will probably never stay there again.

Nice Relaxing Stay
My stay at the Red Roof in Dillion SC was very nice. It was the best night sleep I've had at a hotel while. the huddle house was a 1 min walk. Quiet, hot water, good breakfast.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!
The room was NOT clean! The shower still had a bar of used soap in there, when cutting the shower water on it was orange at first because of the rust in the water. My entire body hurt after sleeping on the hard bed! I will never stay here again, it definitely wasnt worth the 100.00 i paid. In fact ill sleep in my car and shower at a truck stop before staying here again.

Cockroaches and rude customer service
I walked into the room and immediately found cockroaches crawling on the floor and on the bed. My boyfriend and I turned right around and went to the office where the women tried telling me they have a zero refund policy with no exceptions and I should have inspected the room prior to paying. After banter and expressing their legal obligations of sanitization she eventually got her manager to authorize the refund, but this should have never been the case in the first place.

Way to loud. Building need much needed repairs. Room was clean for the most part. Beds were not comfortable. Water in sink didn't half work.

They refused to refund our stay, yet have bugs!
If i could give Zero stars they would be negative! This hotel is absolutely deplorable! We were on a road trip from Virginia and checked in about 1145 pm. To start with: when we checked in we were lead to believe that we were going to our deluxe king room only to get to the door and be met with a double bed room. Went back to the front office and they acted like we didn't reserve that room, yet when I pulled up my email confirmation magically they had 1 king room left. We get to the room ( room 160) and very obvious and questionable stains on the walls, door, and floors (the floors had duct tape on it). At this point we are so tired that we just want to sleep. Yet before we can even lay down we see 1 roach and kill it. By the time we shower and attempt to go to sleep we have killed 5 more. We still attempted to sleep (I know completely stupid, like non melonated people in a scary movie stupid). We laid down for about 30 minutes and our travel companions woke us up to say there was bed bugs in their room ( room 132). We turned the lights back on and literally all we saw was bugs scatter. By the time we walked out that room, between the 2 of us, we killed atleast 20 roaches of all sizes. We go to the office, inform them of what happened, and requested a refund. The night manger told his female staff member to go check the room, which of course she does. While she goes to room 160, he literally leaves the office and walks down the sidewalk to the back of the hotel.....leaving us
