Wonderful Stay in Firenze
We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in the center of Florence. The staff is very courteous and they go out of their way to meet your needs. We did a lot of walking and we appreciated the large size of our suite and the views from multiple room windows. The hotel is very close to major attractions and you can even walk to and from the train station as we did, although towing your luggage on cobblestones (as one does in Italy) does lose its luster after awhile. We found this hotel and Florence to be very romantic, would stay here again.

We stayed on the top floor and the room was spectacular! From the comfortable bed to the astonishing view from our upper patio to the wonderful service (especially Santiago) the hotel was perfect.
