Everything was good. Love the architecture. Staffs are amazing. But, the heater and water pipes make noise. The room is a little small. The location is a little far from tourist’s spots.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel the service was amazing. The staff was more than helpful. The location is perfect and walking distance for all of the shopping we planned to do. This is a very oppulent, luxurious hotel. It was sited within walking distance of all the main sites, the bedroom was clean and generous. We had the services of a really lovely butler named Elena who was friendly, helpful and exemplified perfect service. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Much to recommend
