This place was amazing from the start! Free airport shuttle 24/7. This was huge for us because we landed at 1 AM. Our rental car was not available until the following day so being able to jump back on a free shuttle to get back to the airport was super convenient and helpful. Everyone on the property was super kind, courteous, and very pleasant. Everyone from the front desk team to the Cleaning team and even the shuttle drivers were amazing! The rooms were exceptionally clean. I really appreciate that there is no carpet in the rooms. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, but it was available. And there is always hot coffee available. Our son will be going to college close, so we will definitely be planning our stays here in the future.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and well kept both inside and outside. The shower was nice. Breakfast was decent, well stocked. One complaint though was the bed. Although it was a comfortable mattress, there was a rather large groove on one side where most people were obviously sleeping. The mattress should be turned/flipped periodically to prevent this and replaced when the condition becomes unmanageable. The area surrounding the property can be a bit noisy but being close to a hospital and airport is a plus and a drawback. The location is close to The Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter so that is plus. We would probably stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Towneplace Suites! The staff was very nice and helpful. The accommodations were up to date and very clean. The breakfast was more than the basic breakfast that some offer and had lots of options. We will definitely stay here again.
