I could not help but notice the lobby staff were not nearly as friendly as all other hotels in Brazil. All other hotels in Brazil sent a little cupcake of some kind for a birthday occurring during your stay. Not here tho . Otherwise it’s ok

Perfeição!
Estadia perfeita. Localização privilegiada. Staff com um trabalho atencioso, rápido e alegre. Quarto amplo, silencioso e confortável. Café da manhã muito bom, já na chegada recepcionados por um funcionário que esbanjava simpatia!!!! Pena não ter tido tempo de usufruir da piscina que fica no último andar e tem uma vista espetacular de Floripa. Voltaremos com certeza!!!

Tive que deixar o hotel, pois estava tendo uma reforma programada na suíte bem acima do meu quarto e me foi dito que seria impossível parar as obras. Assim, tive que que mudar de hotel, já que não foi dada uma opção de uma quarto que não escutasse o barulho.
