Excelente custo benefício, realmente tudo novo e super bem equipado. Processo todo feito por reconhecimento facial, porém o prédio é assistido por portaria presencial 24 horas. A região, apesar de não ser bonita é segura e possui um comércio de mercado e restaurantes muito bons. Minha hospedagem foi de apenas 1 noite, já não havia mercados abertos, porém o pessoal teve o cuidado de deixar pó de café para esse 1° dia. Todos os detalhes são incríveis. Contudo, tenho que observar que o apartamento que fiquei era de frete para a avenida e o barulho cedo da manhã de carros e ônibus foi insuportável. Fica a dica pedir apartamento de fundos.
