The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Covered self parking fee: BRL 25 per night
• Pet fee: BRL 45 per pet (varies based on length of stay) plus BRL 70 one-time cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 8:00 PM and 3:00 AM
• Rollaway bed fee: BRL 80.0 per day
