I HAVE OTHER PROPERTIES. The building is new, so the apartment and condominium are very well equipped. And it offers everything a person needs to live or spend a season. Such as full kitchen (silverware, cookware, all cooking supplies, microwave oven, refrigerator, ice cooler, cafeteria, blender, etc.), BBQ accessories (grill, skewers, knives, chopping board, etc.), bedding , beach items (umbrella, beach chairs, culler, etc.), soap and others. It has hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, 32 inch smart tv with netflicks, digital paid channels and browser. Tank and washing machine. The internet is fast and exclusive of apt with 60 mb. It has two balconies, one with barbecue, one in suite, one bedroom and one suite, totaling 2 bedrooms, a total of two full bathrooms with shower, laundry area, kitchen and living room, totaling a large space of 85m, with one more hobby box and a parking space already included in the price and another optional for an extra fee. The apt is on the 2nd floor, is well decorated and has a fine and tasteful infrastructure! The condo is glamorous and has a swimming pool for adults and children, a party room with gourmet space and gym. It has a market just a block away and large commerce with banks, mini mall and shops of all kinds 8 blocks and is one block from the sea. I HAVE OTHER PROPERTIES.

Apartamento muito bem localizado e planejado para o viajante. Praias são mais tranquilas que a maioria das outras de Florianópolis. Limpo e o grande diferencial é o Sr Giovanni,o anfitrião, muito gentil e solícito.

Não conhecíamos a praia de Ingleses do Norte no dia a dia, é simplesmente maravilhosa. Condomínio muito organizado, tudo novo, apartamento excelente e espaçoso, trabalhei em home-office sem problemas por 1 semana, antes de realmente entrar em férias e curtir o local. Giovanni muito atencioso, sempre perguntando se estava tudo ok.

Beleza não quer dizer conforto
O apartamento mto bem decorado, porém sem conforto. Faltam mtos utensílios caso pretenda fazer algo pelo ape mesmo, sem querer ficar saindo todos os dias para comer. Fora alguns contratempos que nos deparamos. E oque mais me chateou foram as camas em geral, as camas auxiliares estavam quebradas (isso ainda demos um jeito, pois a Scheila nos arrumou um colchão), mas os colchões do quarto de solteiro são pessimos....duro.....tortos...sem conforto algum...passamos noites péssimas. Uma pena, pois quando procuramos o apê para alugarmos...procurava um conforto, principalmente porque estava com meu bebê. A Scheila que nos recebeu mto simpática, esta de Parabéns. O Giovanni mto atencioso também, mas precisa levar maos conforto para o apartamento, pois assim as pessoas terão peazer em se hospedar la e com certeza indicarão a outras pessoas.

A posição do apartamento na Praia dos Ingleses é muito privilegiada. Realmente fica na melhor região dos Ingleses e a uns cem metros da areia da praia. A praia é muito linda, a região muito nobre e pouco movimentada. Também gostei que tem mercado e restaurantes a uma quadra. O apt é extremamente luxuoso e muito bem equipado, com ar condicionado até na cozinha. O dono sempre nos atendeu muito rápido e nos ajudou muito dando varias dicas de passeios pela cidade. Foi minha melhor viajem a Floripa. Recomendo! Obrigado Giovanni! Um grande abraço!!
