Lake Ranch: Fire Pit, Sauna, Farm, Holiday Ready

Welcome to Lake Ranch, where there is something for everyone to enjoy! Inside are four spacious king suites with attached private bathrooms, a queen bedroom, six twins, and a crib. Wake up to farm-fresh eggs, & get cooking in our huge kitchen. Enjoy the hot tub and game room, and exercise in the home gym and nearby pickleball courts. It also has an office area, fast Wi-Fi, and TVs in every room. We offer unique farm experiences with our horses and goats that will make your stay unforgettable!

★More downstairs: study, castle bunk beds in the playroom, and 3 outdoor hang places.
★ The lower deck has a hot tub, sauna, and porch swing.
★Outside amenities: fire pit in the yard, fire table for the upper deck, large outdoor table, and a huge gas grill.
Note: Fireplace is available during the cooler months October-March.
★ Double deck dock with complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes available. Houseboat NOT available.

Guest access:
★Guests will have access to the unique facets of this property, including the lake, dock, fire pit, and grounds.

★For a separate fee, our farm hand can provide any farm experience you would like. One horse is available for led arena riding, and feeding the animals within the fence is all done with our farm hand. Our farm animals are just that - animals! They have their own needs and schedules, so they might not always be available for interaction. If they are, you're welcome to pet them.

★House boat is not included in stay, no entry is available

★No entry to the barn as well.

★The perfect location!
- The home is located on the desirable south end of Lake Lanier, nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. It is on a farm with a lake view and has an easy walk to the dock and water.
- About an hour from the Atlanta airport.
- Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and surrounding downtowns. The Mall of Georgia, mountains for hiking, rafting, shopping, and wineries are all within 15 miles of the home.
- Close to the Lake Lanier Islands waterpark, golf course, and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville.

★ The home is also close to many marinas, including Holiday, Aqualand, and Hideaway Bay Marinas. Boat and jet ski rentals, live music, and restaurants are a short car or boat ride away.

★You will never run out of things to do!
- We have kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, a boat dock, a ping pong table, a gym, basketball, corn-hole, kam-jam, hammocks, a gas grill, a private hot tub, a sauna, two inside gas fireplaces, an outside wood-burning fire pit, a gas burning fire table, and a propane fireplace on the dock.
- We have two horses to greet you, goats to admire, and several chickens that provide fresh eggs for your stay.
- Right down the street is a park with several pickle-ball courts.

Transportation by boat or Uber.

★Dogs stay fee will be charged at check-in. $200 pet fee for up to 3 pets. Please put down how many dogs you will be bringing. The fee is for the stay and cleaning, not for damages that may occur. So please crate your dog when you leave.

★Please keep an eye on children by the water. Swim at your own risk. No entry is allowed on the Houseboat.

★Eggs are free to take while you stay; use them for eating, not for throwing. Please note that there are times the chickens will go on strike and will not lay any or as many each day.

★We have a no-wake zone near all neighboring docks, so if you bring/rent your, please be mindful of the no- own boat/jetskiwake zone.

★The animals are under 24-hour surveillance. No going past the fence. You can greet and feed apples and carrots to horses from the fence. Inside feeding or riding the horses/animals is a separate charge, and you can book a time in advance or during your stay based on the farm hand's availability.

★Fireplace in home is open for the cooler seasons October-March.

★Shoes are encouraged to be off inside the home to not track in mud on the rugs and floors from the farm.

★Weight limit is on swing, hammocks and horses.

★The grill and fire tables are based on gas; you are welcome to use them but must turn the gas off after use and refill the propane on the upper boat dock if you run out after use on your stay.

★Gym and hot tub have rules you must abide by as well.

★We have provided enough paper products to get you started during your stay. If a stay is longer than 4 days, the guest will be responsible for replenishing their own additional supplies.

- All dishes have to be done or in dishwasher. Please read rest of checkout instructions in house manual that’s in the kitchen
Pets
•Crating Requirement: All dogs must be crated when left alone in the home - 2 crates are provided in the home.
•Fees:
• One pet is included in your booking.
• For additional pets (up to 3 total):
• $100 extra fee per additional pet. - Example: If you bring 3 pets, the total
extra fee is $200 ($100 for each additional pet).
• The booking platform will automatically apply the $100 pet fee.
• A separate charge from the host applies for multiple pets, covering their
stay and cleaning (not damage).

Service Animals:
* No charge for service animals.
* A small additional cleaning fee is required to cover cleaner expenses after any animal stays.

Boating and Paddling Equipment:
* Equipment must be returned to its designated place.
* Fees for not returning:
• $500 fee for a lost boat.
• $100 fee for each lost paddle.

Hot Tub and Safety Regulations:
* Guests are asked to shower before entering the hot tub.
* No glass, pets, or smoking in or near the hot tub.
* Children must be supervised at all times near the hot tub, fire pit, and lake dock.
* The hot tub must be covered when not in use.

Additional Rules:
* Please avoid leaving items on the grass for extended periods to prevent it from dying.
