Retreat to the suite's serene ambiance, offering a queen bed and three single beds, along with an ensuite full bathroom. Wander down the hallway adorned with a banquette and coffee bar, leading to two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, desk, and TV, while the second bedroom offers a plush queen bed, TV, and desk. This sanctuary exudes tranquility, nestled in a secure property with monitored cameras for peace of mind. Engage in fun or relaxation in our expansive 20 x 40 pool, ranging from 3 to 7 feet in depth, perfect for a refreshing swim or leisurely soak. Adjacent to the pool, unwind on the back porch where you'll find our inviting salsa hot tub, offering soothing warmth and rejuvenation amidst the scenic surroundings. Enjoy al fresco dining in the charming dining area on the back porch, overlooking the serene gardens. Lounge in the resort-style pool area complete with lounges, games, outdoor sports, and an egg-style grill for culinary adventures. Please note our property policies: strictly no smoking or drugs, and we kindly request respectful behavior, avoiding nudity, drama, or loud noises. Rest assured, owners are present on the property but respect your privacy, with no access to guest spaces and vice versa. **Pool Information**

While our pool is a wonderful feature of our home, it is important to note that it is not an amenity included in the cost of your stay. We would love to share our pool with you when it is available. However, occasionally it is not available. Please be aware that this is a family home without 24-hour service staff, engineers, janitors, a pool boy, or a lifeguard. You will be swimming at your own risk.

**Important Considerations:**

1. **Availability:** The pool's availability may vary. It might be in use by friends or family, undergoing chemical balancing, or experiencing equipment maintenance.

2. **Pool Closures:** There may be occasions when the pool is closed for various reasons. We appreciate your understanding in these instances.

3. **Event Planning:** Planning any event at our pool, or expecting private or extended access to the pool, is against our house rules and will not be permitted.

4. **Outside Guests:** Outside guests are not to be invited to use the pool.

**Enforcement:**

Breach of these rules, or any entitled behavior, will be met with immediate dismissal and cancellation of your stay. If you do not agree with our pool rules, please do not book this space.
