We had to get 2 roome at the last minute our A/C went out so it was close and affordable. Nice,clean rooms and the staff was friendly as well will be going back just to get away for a few days

I didn't like having to make a $100 deposit, on a room that needs remodeling. The room phone don't work, had a hard time getting the remote control to turn the TV off and couldn't get the tv on this morning. There's no pad or cover on the ironing board, someone left the iron filled to the max with water. The window needs cleaning.

This should be a 1 star hotel

This hotel fails to inform you of a $100 deposit that is refundable after check out. I wasn’t pleased to have to pay deposit after I’ve already paid for the room so the front desk clerk calls the manager because I didn’t have the hundred dollars to stay so she calls because they did initially swipe my card for this room to be paid for. So he tells me pretty much there’s nothing he can do about it, other than refund my money and I would have to deal with Expedia which means I wouldn’t have my money back on my card so I end up getting the money and paying to stay because it’s just really close by the freeway and it says that it comes with all these different amenities and nothing of that has been right. The elevator does not have a license stating it’s been tested and it’s safe. There also isn’t any breakfast so don’t book this hotel if you think there is breakfast because I was fooled. I called multiple times to the front desk and never got an answer. There was also nobody there when I first got there either and I waited 1015 minutes for someone to recognize that I was even in the hotel and was trying to check in. The beds are nice. The furniture is nice but far as the people go no. I wasn’t pleased with the manager wanting to know my business and still not offering to waive the hundred dollar fee that I know he can do. He was just being nosy if he wasn’t going to do his job. I’m not pleased with the front desk nor they’re not being any breakfast available. It’s a lot of fals

It wasn’t the most pleasant. I felt as though customer service wasn’t valued at all. I had a valid complaint but wasn’t met with much of a resolution. It was really unfortunate because the hotel is located in such a convienent area/city. The desk/clerk, housekeepers,etc we’re all pleasant except the manager. The hotel was very clean, however, the infrastructure and furniture is so cheap! It’s barely made comfortable for guests to stay. So that issue combined with the manager/owners greed for money and not offering refunds, it’s no wonder why there weren’t many people staying there.

This property is very easy to enter into. But, because of its’ location on very busy Lakeland Dr., leaving can be tricky and time consuming. In the actual room, the toilet, shower, and sink areas were clean. But little attention was paid to anything else such as the vanity, chair, tables etc. The hotel’s main entrance is to the far left which means that you have to walk the length of whatever floor you’re on in order to get to a room. I requested a room on the first floor not realizing that the floor number didn’t make a difference to how close the room would be to the entrance. Most large hotels have lobbies situated in the center of the building. Therefore a customer transporting heavy equipment doesn’t have as far to walk. IF I should stay at this hotel again, I will know to request a room close to the elevator or entrance. On a positive note, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and there are many food and store options nearby.
