In the commune of Flumet, we are offering for rent this charming flat, refurbished in June 2023, with a ski lift 50 metres away on foot, swimming pool. It measures 67 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony where you can enjoy the mountain air. The apartment comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (2 single beds) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, oven, washing machine...
- Bedroom 1: Two bunk beds and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed
- Bedroom 3: One double bed
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A balcony of approx. 9m², facing South/East, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
Common area :
- A swimming pool (heated) of approximately 6×12 m, open in the summer season (June to early September) and in the winter season (mid-December to the first week of April) (dates of opening non-contractual, subject to modification by the residence).
The flat is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment, at the foot of the slopes, within the 170 km Espace Diamant ski area. Ski in, ski out and ski school in the immediate vicinity of the residence, less than 100m away. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Diamant ski area with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!
In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, take advantage of the beach at the Flumet lake for a swim, go on a trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh local produce directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the residence (1 vehicle).
The best solution for greater autonomy is to use your own car (personal or rented).
As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Shuttles are available to the village and other surrounding villages
- Taxi to Flumet and Bus station to Megève.
- Nearest train station: Albertville train station is about 24 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Chambéry airport about 75 km away.
Other remarks :
- Wifi at an additional cost at the reception.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
