21 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village. Easy drive. 13 miles are on NY-205/23 (CASV is on NY-205/23.)

6 minute drive to the Village of Cooperstown. Cooperstown Village, was voted #2 destination in the county to visit. Cooperstown Village area has a lot to offer vacationers, so why not be close to it?

If you like a house that's updated, clean, private, fun, and well put together...then, you have found your spot to call home. -- We added PICKLEBALL and a DISC GOLF Course, along with all our other games. It doesn't get much better than this!!

For the baseball players staying in the bunkhouse: We provide the players with clip-on fans, 2 large box/floor fans, a cooler on wheels they can take to the games, and a large cooler for the bunkhouse. Just let me know if you want to barrow these items, so you don't have to buy/bring them.

For the house: We provide the pool towels, bath towels, hand towels, bed-linens, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, soap in showers, garbage bags, laundry detergent (we have 4 new pair of W/D), dishwasher detergents, dish soap, and sponges. We have coolers for the house too. We provide an All Terrain Sports Wagon, Heavy Duty, 350 Lbs Capacity Collapsible Wagon with Big Wheels, so you can bring it to the ball-park for the parents can use. Who would want to shop for all that when on vacation? -- Not me, so we buy it for you:o))

This house is big and spacious for a Team's families to stay. -- Please, let us know know if you want to bring your team back for your Team Party. We encourage you to bring your kids/players back to enjoy the compound.

We put 40-50 man and women hours in between each change-over. We try and produce an A product.

Most everything is new as of 2022...mattresses, leather sofas, multiple fire-pits, 36" outdoor griddle, a Weber BBQ Grill, a 33 ft.' long heated pool, etc. This house is tuned-up and ready to enjoy. We pride ourselves in cleanliness, and you wanting for nothing.

My family enjoyed traveling with our kid's teams like this, so I know what we wanted in a property that housed an entire team. We created "A-Team House" that can house an entire team's families with lots of space inside and outside to enjoy. The location is private and ideal. The livable space is approximately 8,000 sq.ft., and well laid-out. There is plenty of space to eat together (we seat 38 inside and more outside for meals), sit together (we have 4 TV areas throughout the house with a total of 14 sofas and other areas to sit and enjoy), we can fit 14+ cars comfortably, so you can and enjoy your time together. The property is on 15 private acres surrounded by woods. We have a separate building, "the
game-barn", with games, TV, and more. Some of the games we have are PICKELBALL, ping-pong, indoor basketball game (Pop-A-Shot), outdoor basketball hoop, outdoor Disc Golf, Bag-O, darts, Corn-hole, Kan Jam, Wiffleball, TVs, music, and more (rain or shine, morning or night). We have big-chalk, so you can draw on the large paved drive-way (the kids love to do chalk-art on the driveway), and/or for a basketball game. The lawn is large and flat (we have a great spaces to play Wiffleball), BBQ on our Weber grill and we have a 36" Blackstone griddle to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner on outside. We have multiple 36" refrigerators, multiple dishwashers, multiple microwaves, multiple coffee makers, multiple fire-pits, multiple washer and dryers, and the list goes on. Inside the main house we have 5 common area spaces. (One of them is a 1,000 sq.ft., open Family Room, so you can relax, watch TV on the new 75" TV, play games, listen to music, and tell stories around the sofas and tables. We have 3 large outside decks areas, with multiple gas fire-pits. We have seating so everyone can eat together either inside or outside we can accommodate everyone. (A team that eats together, stays together!)

Our basketball hoop, ping-pong, disc golf course, and Pickelball get lots of play/enjoyment. Along with our other games and pool.

We added Disc Golf for 2023. If you haven't played, it's fun, and easy to learn/do. Anyone can play.

We added a Spin, exercise Bike for 2023.

We have a dedicated staff that handles the maintenance of the house and property, so you are in good hands 24/7. (We have a standby generator too:o))

We have 1-GB of internet speed, so if you are working, you should have no problem. If you need a Standing Desk in your room, let me know ahead of time.
