Nice little boutique hotel with breakfast included, clean overall and located close to both the FCO airport and a beach! There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice and convenient stay close prior to a next day flight.

Everything was terrific. Stefano met us at the airport and transport to and from was great. He also was extremely helpful and friendly. The dinner was delicious pizza and the continental breakfast was yummy. The lady who served us both times was very sweet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet. The courtyard and rooftop deck were a great addition. Also the beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this stay

Nice clean place to day for our morning flight out of Rome the next day. We also arranged for an easy pick up at the airport which was great. We left early so couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast. The hotel’s central courtyard is peaceful.

Upon arrival de desk supervisor welcome us nicely with an expressive. Our room wasn’t ready, so we changed our clothes to swim suits and went to the beach, we left all our belongings in the office. The room was clean , however bear in mind this hotel is like a bed an breakfast, therefore room was 3 stars. What I most like was the security of premises, how close is the beach to the hotel and primarily that the staff went above and beyond to help us with our flights home and the transportation. I highly recommend this hotel

This place is ideal for a vacation of peace and relaxation. I would describe it as more of a brled and breakfast than a standard hotel. The rooms are quaint and simple but have everything you need. Despite being right next to the airport, its incredibly quiet especially with the doors closed. The beach is one block away, and not overcrowded. The complimentary breakfast was simple yet delicious. Their shuttle to and from the airport is fairly priced, much cheaper than a taxi. If you drive, there is a parking lot right next to the hotel. There are not a lot of resteraunts within walking distance but the ones that are are fantastic. We were only there for a couple days but we were very happy with our stay and wouls definitely stay again!

This property is fairly basic in the rooms but still provides everything you need. Limited breakfast is provided and you can buy eggs if you like. It’s two short blocks from a nice beach. The water is clear and warm. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace and you can see the water from there. There is a shuttle to the airport with advanced reservations. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They are hard working and extremely helpful.

This is a lovely little “Oasis” where we stay overnight with our little dog when flying out of Rome (Fiumicino). It is clean and comfortable and secure. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone needing accommodation in that area.

Great little hotel. Perfect place to stay near the airport! Stefano went above and beyond in service to us. Meeting us in front of the hotel and setting up a taxi ride to the airport the following morning!!

The room we had was old and needed upkeep. Property itself was cute. When we noticed there was a leak in the bathroom, the staff immediately gave us a refund and found us another place fpr the night.

This hotel is adorable. They really do a good job making you feel at home. Plus the beach is only about 20ft from the hotel and it’s gorgeous! Try the pizza place down the road. It was very good!

Great place to stay close to the airport
We needed a place close to the airport, and this one was a much better option than staying right at the airport or in the city center. The place is basic and our room was small but tidy and good enough for spending a last night in Rome. Even if very close to the airport, we didn't hear any noise during the night. Nearby, there is the beach and many bars and restaurants. Good for relaxing. The breakfast was very good, with enough options for a continental breakfast. I'd recommend the place.
