Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and cable TV (58" in the living room). The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, blender, pots and pans, and your choice of a Keurig or traditional coffee maker. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the east-facing screened patio.

Park Avenue Condominiums is conveniently situated in the heart of Foley, east of Highway 59/County Road 20, it's close to Foley Sports Plex, Tanger Outlets, OWA, and the newly opened 'Tropic Falls' Indoor Water Park. Nearby you'll find Publix and Walmart for all your shopping needs.
