Disappointing
The house was very nice and was just like the photos. The 2 acres fenced yard was also nice and great for the dogs.
However, the home is located on a dirt road that is over a mile to the nearest paved road. It was raining and the road was very muddy and if my SUV was not a 4-wheel drive we likely would have been walking. I later learned there is two ways to the house and my GPS took me in from the south, a much muddier road the access from the north. Both was muddy. It would have been nice for the host to have noted the best way into the home and that the road was muddy when raining.
We were unable to enjoy the patio and yard as the neighbor's dogs barked the whole-time, we were outside, very annoying.
We left a day early and when I reported to the host these complaints she stated, "the city says the roads are gravel." There is no gravel on the road, and I urge viewing Google earth for Hartung Rd, Foley AL before you rent. She did not reply to the barking dogs.
To make things worst there was not a full roll of toilet paper in the home, no iron and no hair dryer. Things one would expect in a home this rate.
Very disappointing.
