La struttura è in centro, ma comoda anche per chi dispone di un auto (parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze). La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare ( copriletto macchiato vetri sporchi e polvere presente un po' ovunque). Per il resto ok. Check in e check out molto veloci.

Il numero di telefono fornito della struttura è errato Quello giusto è 3499619839 Da avvisare un po' prima di arrivare perché il gestore non è in loco Dopo varie ricerche per un soggiorno di 2 giorni a Foligno ho scelto questa soluzione perché era comprensiva di aria condizionata ma all'arrivo in struttura la sorpresa è che non hanno mai avuto aria condizionata. Pazienza c'è ne faremo una ragione La struttura è situata ai limiti della zona centrale quindi occhio alle telecamere se vi fidate di maps che vi fa passare dal centro. Ovviamente il parcheggio è a pagamento nelle strisce blu dalle ore 09:00 del mattino fino alla sera ore 20:00 poi rimane libero per la notte il costo si aggira sul 1,80 centesimi all'ora. Per il resto tutto nella norma Il gestore visto all'arrivo è poi mai più visto Al check out le chiavi le lasci attaccato alla porta C'è un frigo per tutta la comunità di camere mentre la cucina è inutilizzabile per mancanza di pentoline e posate (la corda della tapparella era legata alla maniglia del forno Il bagno con 2 asciugamani a testa 1 per il viso l'altra per la doccia senza un tappetino per l'uscita dalla doccia Per il resto nella tutto nella norma si andava solo per dormire
