Great: free bike hire, this was just super and we used them every day! Not-so great: free parking is public parking and not just for the apartments so on a busy weekend you might not get a space. Rubbish - you must take every piece of rubbish out of the apartment to the local bins. If you are mobility impaired this could be a challenge.

Die Unterkunft selber war von der Lage und der Ausstattung sehr gut. Der Strand ist fussläufig gut erreichbar - sowohl öffentliche Strandanschnitte als auch kostenpflichtige Abschnitte mit Liegen und Schirm. Vom Hotel gab es kostenlos kleine Sonnenschirme. Störend war die Bahnlinie, die unmittelbar hinter den Häusern verlief. Die Fenster waren zwar sehr gut isoliert - laut war es trotzdem. Das Problem betrifft aber viele Anlagen dort in Follonica

Das Zimmer war sehr gross, allerdings sehr karg eingerichtet. Die Fliegengitter waren leider löchrig, sodass wir bei geöffnetter Türe und Gitter Stechmücken im Zimmer hatten. Sehr überrascht waren wir vom Frühstück: eine grosse Auswahl an Kuchen, Obst und verschiedenen Broten.

Il weekend è andato benissimo. La reception ci ha chiamati per concordare l'ora di check-in in quanto non ancora aperta a tempo pieno. Struttura bella, ordinata e pulita. Unica pecca manca solo un forno (ne tradizionale, ne micro-onde).

Struttura nuova, ottima posizione
Soggiornato nella parte residence, si vede che la struttura è recente. Tutto è in ottime condizioni, anche se si iniziano a notare i primi segni del tempo (in bagno da noi c'era un'evidente macchia di umidità, le alette di una persiana non si chiudevano più...). Ottima e fondamentale la presenza delle zanzariere su tutti gli infissi: le simpatiche bestioline volanti non mancano. Tutti i mobili sono Ikea, fanno il loro dovere. Il trilocale è spazioso, con un doppio tavolo interno e esterno, utilissimo se come nel caso avrete qualche gg di bel tempo e qualche gg di pioggia battente. Peccato per l'assenza in cucina di lavastoviglie e di forno, sia classico che microonde. Il residence è a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, ottima la possibilità di avere dalla reception 2 sedie da regista e un ombrellone, gratis. C'erano anche delle biciclette per gli ospiti ma non ne abbiamo usufruito. Vedo che qualcuno si lamenta della vicinanza con la ferrovia, ma il nostro appartamento era nell'edificio più verso il mare e non si sentiva praticamente nulla. C'è però un altro edificio con alloggi che hanno finestre direttamente sulla strada litoranea e sulla ferrovia: attenzione in fase di prenotazione se siete sensibili al rumore.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 22/8 al 29/8 /20 La posizione ottima, il servizio delle biciclette ottimo, noi le abbiamo utilizzate per andare a fare la spesa, per andare a Torre Mozza ( passeggiando circa 20 minuti) e per andare nella zona pedonale ( centro). Casa pulita e comoda, terrazza grande. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile sia alla reception che inservienti. All'arrivo ho fatto presente della mancanza di una lampadina e nel giro di un'ora è stata consegnata e messa . Portiere di notte sempre presente, anche in tarda notte ( le 2 o 3 di notte). Tutte le richieste sono sempre state soddisfatte con il sorriso. Unico suggerimento è di integrare qualche contenitore in cucina ( insalatiera ecc.)

Ottima posizione , le biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti e la gentilezza del personale. L'appartamento era come descritto , da segnalare solo un dotazione della cucina molto scarsa.... Niente microonde, piatti e posate contati, 3 pentole a numero. Cucina a induzione

Struttura pulita , personale gentile, colazione abbondante, spiaggia molto vicina, centro raggiungibile a piedi i 20 minuti. Unica punto negativo è che la nostra camera era a monte e quindi dalla parte della ferrovia Roma - Genova ed inoltre vi era il passaggio frequente di autovetture in quanto sotto vi è l ' Aurelia vecchia

Замечательный отдых!
Отличный отель! Очень чисто! До моря 3 минуты пешком, бесплатный пляж. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Девушка на ресепшен говорит по русски. Отель бесплатно предоставляет велосипеды. Замечательный отдых. Хочется вернуться сюда снова.
