When we got there, they want to charge me $50 because I was checking 10 minutes earlier. I thought that was dumb and when I got into the room, the toilet was yellowish inside. There was no toilet paper. The floor was dirty like sweep or mop.

The sink stopper was missing. I liked the sunken tub, but a vertical hand grip on the wall for getting in and out would really be nice for folks with arthritis to assist in getting in and out. The overall condition of the property was what I would expect for and older set of buildings, therefore the average rating, not due to problems.

The hotel is in need of a major renovation at some point. The rooms are good size clean and quiet. The rates are reasonable, I would stay here again you can't beat the price in Roseville

False claims of staining pillow case, charged 125
I was charged a 100.00$ deposit when checking in. A week later , I still hadn’t been credited my deposit. I called Heritage Inn today to find out why. They told me I stained a pillowcase. I showered before bed and there is no way I stained anything. I told them I wanted to dispute that charge. They said they would send my an email with a picture what that 9 hrs ago, still no email. They did tell me that They Would Not be returning any money. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company.
