Nice hotel for the price. Had a kitchen suite and were able to cook a meal (dinner) in our room. Full sized refrigerator. Pool, hot tub, on site laundry facilities (had to wash one load of clothes) front desk staff and housekeeping were very accommodating. Centrally located for our visit between Oshkosh and Milwaukee to visit family. Close enough to general shopping and restaurants. Not a 5 star resort, but a very nice hotel for the price. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic trip. They were really nice and very accommodating for our very small dog..... they did feel they needed to charge additional money for the dog... so, we will not stay again because that was an unnecessary cash grab for the room it was.

Nice looking and decorated hotel. We had a pet room which had a little musty smell. Judy at front desk was sweet. Breakfast was pretty good. But my big irritation with Expedia is their description of housekeeping. Hotel only had housekeeping every 3 days even though it says daily on the website. We will stay there again.

The door handles (every one we encountered) and surrounding areas were filthy - black and sticky. There were stains on the shower curtain. The white blankets were yellow tinged at the heads of the beds. Our window was missing a curtain and another curtain was missing a wand to open and close it. You could easily tell where touch-ups were made with paint because of the mismatch in color. Some areas needed to be touched up but weren’t.
