Located on the 1st floor accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first level :
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa and a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 5 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, cooking plates, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine.
- A bathroom with a bathtub shower, a washbasin, a washing machine and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- A mezzanine bedroom with two double beds, a single bed and a TV.

Outside :
- A south facing balcony with a splendid view of the mountains!

The accommodation is ideally located in the centre of Font-Romeu, no need for your car: the ski lifts and all the necessary amenities are within walking distance: bakery, butcher's shop, delicatessen, supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, market...

But also many other activities, such as dog sledding, mountaineering, snowmobiling or horse riding and finally, discover the Cerdan plateau from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, enjoy a swim in the lake of Matemale, go climbing, golfing and accrobranche or practice rafting, hydrospeed or canyoning on the Aude! Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh, local produce directly from the producers!
