Near the Eure and the ponds, a completely independent pavilion with private shaded garden welcomes you in a pretty village south of Chartres. Fishing, walks, horseback riding, cycling and many other activities await you in the surrounding area.
Detached house (140 m²), accessible by a few steps, located in a village, including:

Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, classic and Senséo coffee maker, toaster etc.....
Living/dining room (29 m²) with TV, telephone and wifi access
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 (baby bed, high chair and bathtub available)
1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 cm beds
Bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet
Upstairs :
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140
2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 90
Living room with TV
Shower room/WC Enclosed garden (400 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
Oil heating.
Possibility of renting sheets and cleaning packages.
