Amazing lake views!
Lovely modern property with stunning views! Very well equipped and a great place to relax. Watching donkeys in the paddock below added to the tranquility.

Amazing view with super comfortable place to stay with large patio and grounds
The view is absolutely amazing. The accommodation is very comfortable and has lots of space. So has the balcony. The yard was great for our little dog to fun around in. The drive up and down certainly adds an aspect of adventure - not something we would like to do every day, but the reward is the fabulous view and privacy.

Fantastische Aussicht
Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in Alice House. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach super schön. Man freut sich abends schon auf den Kaffee am nächsten Morgen mit der Aussicht. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits am Berg. Wir haben sehr schöne Ausflüge von hier machen können. Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Danke Nicola und bis bald.

Perfekt ...
war Alice´s Haus für meinen leider nur sehr kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus hat eine traumhafte Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick über den gesamten Iseo See und ist geschmackvoll mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Ein besonderen Dank an den Vermieter für die immer hervorragende, freundliche und blitzschnelle Kommunikation.

Wunderschöner Ausblick!
Süßes Chalet inmitten der Berge mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Gerade der Sonnenaufgang war sehr schön. Nicola und sein Vater waren sehr hilfsbereit. Der Weg hoch zur Unterkunft ist sehr aufregend mit steilem Aufstieg, enge Serpentinen. Das Auto sollte nicht zu flach gelegt sein. Unser Mietwagen Fiat Panda hatte keine Probleme ;). Die Matratze ist leider etwas durchgelegen, Nicola weiß aber schon Bescheid und wollte sie tauschen. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal für den Aufenthalt und den einzigartigen Ausblick :)))

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Wir waren 10 Tage mit meinen erwachsenen Kindern in Nicolas Haus und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten auch richtig Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten auf der traumhaften Terrasse den herrlichen Blick auf den See und die Berge genießen. Wir machten herrliche Wanderungen und haben uns sehr erholt. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, Internet hat leider nicht funktioniert, aber das waren wohl höhere Mächte und Nicola hatte keinen Einfluss auf die Lösung des Problems. Die Anfahrt ist wie schon oft beschrieben abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Wir werden ganz bestimmt nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!!!!!

Vakantiehuis op een top locatie!
We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in Alice’s House. Het ligt op een prachtige locatie met een geweldig uitzicht. Het huis had iets schoner gekund. Het is ook al wat verouderd. Het contact met de eigenaar was erg goed, reageert snel en is altijd bereikbaar. De weg er er naartoe is een uitdaging, erg smal en steil, maar te doen. Al met al hebben we een top vakantie gehad op een hele mooie locatie.

Einmalig und besonders schön..
war unser Aufenthalt in Alice`s Haus. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und zum Haus begleitet. Liebe Menschen die für uns sorgten. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingereichtet und bietet alles was man zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt, alles sehr sauber. Der Blick in die Weite und den See ist wunderschön und lädt zum Träumen ein. Vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieter!

Traumhaft über dem Lago d’Iseo
Sehr schönes Objekt in erstklassiger Lage - nur die Anfahrt hat es in sich (deswegen 4 statt 5 Sterne). Man sollte die Dimensionen seines Autos gut kennen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter könnte nicht besser sein. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Top Lokation! Einmalige Lage! Zufahrt spannend ;-)
Das kleine Ferienhäuschen oberhalb des Iseosees besticht durch seine einmalige Aussicht weit über den See. Diese Aussicht überstrahlt alles. Küche und Wohnbereich sind modern eingerichtet. Alles was an Geräten nötig ist (sogar Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden) ist vor Ort. Was auch wichtig ist. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen. Die Zufahrt führt über einen Wanderweg, den zuletzt enge selbst betonierte Serpentinen krönen. Hier ist fahrerisches Können gefordert. Breite Groß-Stadtautos können hier schon problematisch sein. Wir haben einen Allrad-Tiguan, mit dem ging es problemlos (auch die 25%-Rampen). Und wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei. Da war die Fahrt zum 100 Meter tiefer gelegenen und 1,8 Kilometer entfernten Tante-Emma-Laden (und Bäcker) kein Problem. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber, für kalte Nächte gibt es einen Pelletofen. Zu beachten ist, dass das Leitungswasser gechlort ist (also kein Trinkwasser - an Vorräte denken!). Aber wie schon am Anfang geschrieben. Die Lage überstrahlt alles! Dort oben sind zudem die Wanderwege in nächster Wege. Gerne mal wieder dorthin!

Wunderschönes Chalet in wunderbarer Lage. Anfahrt etwas schwierig mit großen Auto, soll aber nächste Saison verbessert sein. Kommen gerne wieder!
