chambre qui vaut juste son prix
pas terrible au niveau de l'accueil car chambre réservée par votre site... rien pour poser sa valise, pas de place autour du lit, table de chevet très petite, porte manteau qui ne se retire pas donc pas possible de mettre un pull... petit déjeuner juste (manque des yaourts et des parts individuelles de confitures et nutella)

peu mieux faire, chambre exigue
accueil mitigé quand j'ai dit que j'avais réservé par Hotels.com. Elle ne trouvait pas la 2e chambre, voulait me la faire payer alors que j'avais en ligne... Me dit que j'ai émis un souhait (2 chambres cote à cote) sur un ton... mais qu'elle ne pouvait pas car pas les mêmes chambres, ce que je comprends. J'avais demandé également pas au RDC ni vers les portes. Or, j'étais au 3e juste à côté de la porte des escaliers... Déçue également par le petit déjeuner, manquait des danones et prendre du nutella dans le gros pot... c'est du gâchis, c'est mieux les portions individuelles... De plus, la chambre avec les 2 petits lits est vraiment trop petite. Table de nuiit : une petite cage ajourée ! Pas de place au bout du lit. 3 porte manteaux en bois fermés donc on ne peut pas mettre de pull... Bref, je m'attendais à mieux

Je suis arrivé après 22H, la réception était fermée, et je n’avais pas de numéro de réservation pour l’automate de l’hôtel. Le numéro de voyage donné par hotels.com dans la confirmation n’est pas reconnu par l’hôtel. Donc je n’ai pas pu avoir la chambre. En suivant les liens sur ma page de réservation, j’ai découvert que j’aurais dû contacter l’hôtel pendant les heures d’ouverture afin qu’ils me donnent un code de réservation à eux en échange de mon code hotels.com. Mais le message de confirmation d’hotels.com ne prévenait pas qu’il fallait faire cette démarche. Et à minuit, aucun moyen de joindre quelqu’un chez IBIS. Donc une réservation perdue et une nuit de galère. Merci hotels.com
