We liked that the location was convenient. Though it is near an expressway, you could not hear traffic noise, which allowed for a restful sleep.

Because the suite has built with subpar materials it is looking worn. MDF on the moldings and doors is dented easily and showed water damage. Don’t like that the curtains are short and don’t keep all the light out.

The rooms charging outlets were not available as they were pushed in and not accommodated also the air conditioner did not work. When we arrived the tub had some kind of tag from looks like clothing in it. Sink had hair in it.

We stayed here after a terrible experience just checking in to another hotel that was terrible. We quickly booked a last min reservation here and it was one of the best stays we ever had in Grand Rapids. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. The hotel was very clean and exceeded our expectations.

Accommodating staff. Breakfast left something to be desired--needs work. Disappointed that the towels were not replaced even thought left with the card that directed what to do for replacement. No trash can emptied or bed remade. Obviously, no one checked the room.
